Photography Eyes' is a sincere initiative to grow a community that goes beyond the lens, where photographers aren't just contributors but companions in each other's creative pursuits. In a world saturated with endeavours, this is my Carlotta Olympia Pompei's commitment to carve a space where creativity thrives, connections deepen, and every photograph becomes a testament to a shared passion.

Before submitting your work, please carefully read the following terms and conditions.

Application Fee:

Application for this exhibition opportunity is free of charge.

Upon selection for the Virtual Exhibition, a nominal fee of £15 will be applicable for the showcased artwork.

Refund requests will not be accommodated (your understanding in this matter is appreciated).

Copyright and Usage:

Artists retain the copyright to their submitted works. By submitting their work, Artists grant permission for the exhibition's online display and promotional materials.

If one of your works is selected by the curator, you will be featured as an Artist in The Online Exhibition ‘Photography Eyes’, which will launch in 2024. Participants will further receive a free PDF copy of the Exhibition Catalogue. Participants will also receive a free Certificate of Participation.

For eligible entries and a smooth process, please create an Artit profile and ensure you update your account with the following:

✧ Your full name and email address 

✧ Your Instagram handle 

✧ A short Biography + Artist statement (briefly describe how your work relates to the theme)

✧ Artwork Details: Title, size, year, and price (if applicable). 

Kindly submit your files in JPG format. You can submit a maximum of 3 images for consideration. Only one artwork per Artist will be selected for the Exhibition.

Submissions will be reviewed by Carlotta Olympia Pompei. Selected participants will be notified via email. The decision of the judge is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

As the sole adjudicator overseeing the evaluation process, Carlotta assures participants that each photograph will be carefully considered for its excellence, creativity, and alignment with the grand exhibition's theme.
