Artit Dialogues: Podcast on AI and Art

Artit, as part of its Artit Dialogue podcast, is launching a new format: two visual artists in conversation, exploring one theme from the inside out. For the first episode in this format, the theme is AI and the human in art.

We are looking for visual artists who have something honest to say about what it means to make work in the age of AI, whether that means actively using AI as part of their creative process, grappling with its implications for their practice, or both. Artists from any medium, background, and location are welcome to apply. What matters most is a genuine point of view and the willingness to share it.

Selected artists will be featured in Artit Dialogues, taking part in a real, unscripted conversation with a fellow artist about AI and art, reaching an audience of artists, art lovers, and industry professionals worldwide. The episode will be published and promoted across Artit's platforms, offering visibility within Artit's growing global community of artists, organisations, and art professionals.

To participate in the ‘Artit Dialogues' call for art, sign up, create your portfolio, and submit your works of art. We encourage you to give us an overview of your artworks, including the titles, descriptions, mediums, and dimensions. Rather than focusing on a single submission, Artit is looking to find out the story and vision of every participating artist, so make sure you upload more of your work to your portfolio. We ask that you be thoughtful when selecting the artwork you submit, as we want to see the best of your work.

The Artit team will review all submitted portfolios and select two individual artists.

Selected individuals will then be matched based on how their perspectives and practices complement each other. Both matched artists will be contacted and asked whether they would like to participate together before anything is confirmed. Shortlisted applicants may also be contacted for additional materials before final selection.
