This exhibition is designed not merely to showcase art but to stimulate conversation between divergent paths within contemporary art. The aim is to prove that success in the art world is not a monolithic concept but a spectrum of possibilities, each as valid and valuable as the next. For the grand opening of this exhibition on June 7th, we are honoured to host one of the world's foremost art experts, Tabish Khan. He will share his unique insights and illuminate the nuances of contemporary art at this seminal event. Tabish Khan stands as a pillar for democratizing art access. As a prominent art critic deeply embedded in London's art scene, he is the visual arts editor for Londonist and a staple contributor to Culture Whisper.

Through his weekly top 5 exhibitions for FAD, Khan continually sheds light on the top exhibitions to see. His dedication transcends just critiques, Khan actively supports institutions like ArtCan, City & Guilds London Art School, and Discerning Eye, championing artists and exhibitions.

The reward for this Call for Art by Boomer Gallery is a physical exhibition taking place in their iconic space in the Tower Bridge district of London, UK.

To apply for this incredible opportunity at Boomer Gallery, follow these simple steps:

✧ Sign Up and Create an Artit Portfolio: Register on our platform and craft your artist portfolio. Provide essential details such as your name, contact information, social media profiles, and a brief artist biography. This allows us to gain insight into your background and artistic journey.

✧ Submit Your Artwork: Select artworks that resonate with the theme of human rights, dignity, freedom, and justice. For each piece, offer a thoughtful and detailed description, including the title, medium used, and dimensions of the work. This information provides context and insight into your artistic process.

✧ Expand Your Portfolio: While your primary submission holds significance, our jury seeks to understand your artistic practice holistically. Upload additional artwork to your portfolio. These can include pieces that align with the theme or showcase different facets of your artistic expression. This enables the jury to grasp your overall style and thematic interests.

✧ Showcase Thoughtful Creativity: When choosing which artworks to submit, consider how each piece reflects your unique interpretation of the theme. Prioritise the quality and impact of your work. Select pieces that demonstrate your skill, creativity, and ability to engage and inspire viewers.

Application is free, but a £169 fee applies for each selected artist who will be chosen by the Jury team of Boomer Gallery.

This fee covers an extensive suite of benefits:

✧  Printed catalogues, posters, and brochures

✧  Admin support

✧  Graphic designer services

✧  Champagne & caviar at the opening event

✧  Professional photography to document the event

✧ Hostess, security, and bartender services at the opening

✧ Printing and framing for the artists who opt for that (printing and framing are included in the price). 

The sales commission remains a modest 15% retained by Boomer Gallery.

Printing and Framing Support:

If you're an accepted artist facing difficulties shipping your work to us, you can send us photos of your work. We'll print and frame them for you at no additional cost. Rest assured, we strive to match the quality of your original artwork as closely as possible.
