Art has the power to move people and create lasting change. That's why we're calling on artists from around the world to help us raise awareness and inspire action to end violence targeting individuals because of their gender. As part of this call for art, we invite artists to submit their works that reflect on the experiences of survivors of violence, the impact on families and communities, and the hope and healing that comes from breaking the cycle of violence. We welcome all forms of art, including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, digital art, and mixed media. The chosen pieces will be featured in the inaugural edition of Artit’s, non-commericial, open access book series ‘Reflections’ dedicated to exploring this critical issue through creative expression. This publication will serve as both a testament to the power of art and a call to action for a safer, more equal world. By participating in this initiative, you will join a global community of artists who believe in the power of art to inspire change.

Let’s use creativity to break the cycle of violence and create a future where every woman and girl can live free from fear. We believe that by using the power of art, we can make a difference in the world. Through this call for art, we aim to empower artists to make their voices heard and create a lasting impact on society. Together, let's break the cycle of violence against women and girls and make the world a safer and more equal place for all.
